3g alarm with camera

Anyone know of a 3g alarm that has its own connected camera ?

All of the ones on eBay that come with a cam really only come with a IP camera which relies on you connecting it to a wlan, and then only integrates with the alarm in as much as they put an ipcam client within the alarm app.

I want an alarm that I can call on the phone, as I currently have, but also a camera to view, utilising the SIM that is already in the alarm. If such a thing exists.
