Stobe Shells and Cycas

Hi everyone, hoping for a bit of advice/help.

I am looking for a qood quality long lasting stobe/blinker shell in 4", almost a slow falling blinker if such an effect exists.

Also looking for cycas bloom shells in 4", as good as yung feng, mle are out of them.
